PFAFF and VEGA Logistics was formed as a result of the merger of two experienced players in the Russian logistics services market: Vega Logistics LLC and PFAFF Logistics RUS LLC
PFAFF Logistics RUS LLC
It was a European logistics service provider registered in the territory of the Russian Federation with the aim of servicing cargo traffic from Europe to local industrial facilities until 2022.
Vega Logistics LLC
It has been operating in Russia since 2010 and has completed over 270 projects over the years for the delivery of equipment as part of the construction and/or modernization of industrial facilities. Given the low activity of the international transportation market during the years of the pandemic, Vega Logistics suspended operations, but retained its experienced staff.
In 2023, the companies merged
This led to the emergence of a new participant in the international transportation market in the Russian Federation with extensive experience that exceeds the age of the new company at times.
